Then let's say you open another similar program to verify those changes and, guess what? The next program is also indicating all those settings / features are still enabled / installed. When you open that program, all the settings you just disabled / uninstalled look like they're still enabled / installed!!! Then let's see you re-disable / re-uninstall them through WPD (and reboot if you need to). Now let's say you open a similar program like, let's say, WPD. So you're done disabling all the settings, your PC reboots (if it needs to depending on what's adjusted). Say you use O7O Shutup 10 and disable or uninstall things like all sorts of telemetry, Cortana, Microsoft Edge, etc.
Fast forward some years and nothing's changed and its driving me crazy. This has been irritating me for years but I never posted about it because I thought it was obviously just software bugs that would get fixed.
